Wills & estates fees

Our flat legal fees are:

For a will for a single person            $195 *

For two wills for a couple                  $295 *

* This price is exclusive of GST and disbursements. We will also provide advice as to the pros and cons of what you may wish to include in your will and offer alternatives. This price is for a standard will (as opposed to a complex will which would include matters such as life estates, annuities and discretionary trusts).

For a Power of Attorney                   $165 *

For an Enduring Guardian               $165 *

* This price is exclusive of GST and disbursements. Disbursements will vary according to your needs. Kindly contact us for a detailed quote.

Prices of other matter such as applying for probate and letters of administration will vary according to each case. Kindly contact us for a detailed quote.
